PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk - PT SMART Tbk is one of the largest integrated palm-based consumer companies in Indonesia. The Company founded in 1962 and listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 1992. The Company based in Jakarta and managed approxymately 139,000 hectares of oil palm plantation in Indonesia, including plasma. In 2010, the Company received Primaniyarta award as an outstanding performance exporter from the Ministry of Trade and the agriculture products exporter award from the Ministry of Agricultre. In 2011 PT Smart Tbk achieved historical high income of Rp1.79 trillion and achieved record CPO production of 709,000 tonnes.

Basic Management Development Program - Agronomy (BMDP-A)
Requirements
- Hold min D3/S1 majoring in
- Faculty of Agriculture: Agriculture, HTP, Soil Science, Agricultural Technology
- Faculty of Forestry: Forest Conservation, Forest Farming (Soil Science, Forestry, Plant Disease)
- Computer literate min MS Office
- Not color blind
- Willing to undergo a bond for 2 years and placed in all the company's operations throughout Indonesia (Sumatra, Kalimantan, Papua)
