Requirements:
• Degree in lndustrial Engineering on related field from reputable university
• Having 5-8 years experience in manufacturing supply chain and logistic management.
• Having strong knowledge and experience in managing finish goods and raw materialsc
• Having strong personality and leadership, communication skill, good analytical and teamwork
• Having good knowledge in SAP system.
• Must have a good command in English both spoken and written, French isa plus
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to be stationed in BATAM.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
• Having at least 2 year experience as Product Engineer.
• Strong in Electronics Analytical Skill (able to read Electronics Schematic Diagram)
• Having knowledge in electronics component and its function,
• Good knowledge in PCBA process (SMT and Solder wave) and understand about IPC standard
• Having technical skills in : Analog design, powersupply, PCB routing, EMC, Mechanical Packaging, Electro-mechanical and electrical contacts plastic molded and stamping parts
• Having experience in assembling processes, automation processes and products knowledge
• Having method skills in; Project/portfolio management, Six Sigma, FMECA.
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to be stationed in BATAM.

Requirements:
• Experienced as Senior Process Engineer with minimum experienced 3 years at the same field.
• Education is Degree from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Fwaillar with lean -six sigma implementation
• Good command in English both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership personality with good communication skin, being analytical and a team player is crucial
• Ability to work underpressure and willing to be stationed in BATAM.
