PT Bakti Usaha Menanam Nusantara Hijau Lestari I - PT BUMN Hijau Lestari I is an Indonesian based agroforestry - based and cooperative companies. The Company established since 2007 and has been greening activities in the Watershed ( Watershed ) Citarum West Java which is the most critical watersheds in Indonesia. The Company operated as a Joint Venture between 5 ( five ) BUMN Companies consist of Perum Perhutani, PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII ( Persero ), Perum Jasa Tirta II, PT Pupuk Kujang, and PT Sang Hyang Seri ( Persero ).

Requirements

• Educational background in Forestry / Plantation
• Experienced min 3 years in the forestry sector
• Have experience of preparing the Work Plan and Budget Company (RKAP)
• Having experience in Monitoring and Evaluation activities.
• Have experience in community development and cooperatives
• Fluent in English
• Likes work in the Field

Staf Teknologi dan Data Informasi


Requirements

• Especially those who had experienced at least 1 year in IT
• Honest, conscientious, and good personality
• Able to work as a team or individually, as well as having high motivation
• Able to work under pressure and able to get the job done on time
• Troubleshoot hardware master
• Mastering Web programming languages (eg PHP)
• Master and familiar with MySQL database
• Mastering Photoshop design / CoreldDraw
• Diligent worker, smart, and energetic
• Likes Work in the Field

Staf SDM dan Hukum

Requirements

• Mastering the basics of HR and Organisation
• Education Background of Law / Psychology / HR
• Mastering the labor regulations / HR
• Have the experience to make Legal Document and Cooperation Agreement (MCC)
• Have work experience in the field of HR / Legal at least 1 (one) year
• Had attended courses / training SOP, KPI and performance measurement tools, CBHRM
• Likes Work in the Field

Staf Pengembangan Bisnis dan Kerjasama

Requirements

• Able to make a business feasibility study
• Master and have experience of CSR / PKBL SOE
• Have experience of business and trading
• Able to make the presentation interesting
• Understanding in forestry, agriculture and environment (eg: LEDD, Global Warming, Carbon Trade, etc.)
• Experienced in presentations and build networking
• Fluent in English
• Willing to Work in the Field

Staf Trading

Requirements

• Male / Female, at least 25 years of age
• Especially those who had experienced at least 2 years in the same field
• Knowing the cultivation and post harvest crops and agricultural crops, forestry, and other livestock.
• Experienced in the field of commodities trading in Agriculture, Forestry and Animal Husbandry.
• Able to make a feasibility study and business analysis.
• Able to business presentations and communicate well.
• Fluent in English
• Likes Work in the Field.

Staf Pemberdayaan Koperasi

Requirements

• Mastering in the basics of cooperative management
• Experienced in empowering groups and cooperatives
• Know the procedures for the establishment of cooperative ranging from the formation of groups to be cooperative
• Ability to communicate effectively and harmoniously
• Understanding in forestry, agriculture and environment (eg: LEDD, Global Warming, Carbon Trade, etc.)
• Able to coordinate with village officials and other relevant agencies.
• Mastering in MS Office, especially Microsoft Powerpoint
• Fluent in English

Staf Keuangan

Requirements

• Minimal D3 majoring in Accounting with min GPA 3.00 with a minimum value B in the course of Financial Accounting
• Preferably experienced in the field of plantation / forestry
• Preferably understanding in taxation and over who have followed the course of tax (Brevet)
• Mastering in MS Office
• Mastering in the accounting software MYOB / other accounting programs
• Proactive and Communicative
• Has a broad knowledge and deep understanding of accounting
• Willing to work hard with the deadline
• Honest, thorough, decisive and able to work together in teams
• Able to make the balance sheet, profit / loss, and the company's cash flow
• Ready and liked working in the field
