Job Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Detail Job Profile:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directs the activities of a software quality assurance function.

Develops quality standards for company products and oversees the
development and execution of software test plans and analysis of test
results.

Drives QA automation for software test plans

Provides guidance in the preparation of technical appraisals of
functional domain such as banking.

Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient
operation of the function

Develops selected personnel in to subject matter experts

Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to
use resources to meet schedules and goals.

Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established
company policies.

Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect
immediate organization(s).

Manages, the coordination of the activities of a section or department
with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and
staffing.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Financial Industry knowledge in the banking domain a big plus

Knowledge about Banking – ACH, Wires, Foreign Exchange, Understanding
Asset and Liability accounts, risk vs. funds verification and QA
Automation - SAHI
