- This post requires a goal oriented, customer focused, bright, lively
person with good telephone skills to join our busy Customer Services
Department.
- The position will involve all commercial aspects of our trade and the
successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to
consistently achieve required levels of business.
- They must also possess excellent customer facing skills and have the
ability to make key decisions under pressure.
- They must be self-motivated, committed, and conscientious and work well
as part of a team

*Skill sets required*

- Excellent spoken & written communication in English
- A second or third language is desirable
- Presentation & Inter-personal skills.
- Should be computer literate and internet savvy
- Practical experience in customer services and/or telephone marketing
would be an advantage.
