Cisco Systems seeks an Enterprise Arhcitect in Singapore.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the identification and strategic and business
issues of the customer and translating it into a set of requirements
• Responsible for the overall design of the solution set which
includes CISCO products, and services that will address the customer
strategic and business needs.
• Responsible for providing architecture input to the sales or
business development cycle working with internal CISCO sales team or
with CISCO partners
• Will provide program or change management leadership as the
customer situation demands
• Provides support to the business development teams to build
credibility and trust with the technical and business buyers
• Responsible for cultivating internal CISCO relationships to ensure
buy in and support
• Be a key member in the continuing transformation to build Advisory
Services as the premier value adding organization in CISCO
Relevant skills and work experience required:
• Minimum of 12 years in similar roles especially in large System
integration companies or IT consulting organizations or internal IT
or MIS
• Have demonstrable track record of architecting large systems
involving applications, network infrastructure and hardware
• Clearly understand the solution selling approach and must be
comfortable to work in a matrix environment
• Possess significant applications knowledge in the industry sectors
as mentioned below and has worked in a large project environment
• Domain knowledge in one or more of the following sectors -
Financial Services, Energy and Mining, Government and Manufacturing
• Is results and time line focus orientated but is collaborative in
management style
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CISCO products and technologies is an advantage
Education

Undergraduate degree in a technology or business field required.
MBA preferred
