We seeking to identify Deputy CFO for one of our clients. It is a Global telecommunication organisation with cellular operations in Asia, Latin American and Africa.The company provides mobile services in 16 countries and is listed on the Nasdaq. The revenues are approximately USD 200 million part of a group of companies that has diverse businesses in media, banking and manufacturing, besides telecom.
 

Location – Ghana (Africa)

Reporting to : CFO


Role:

1. To ensure monthly and quarterly management reports are completed as per the internal process and to the time table set and carry out full review of the management accounting comp to include.


a) Profit & Loss
b) Balance Sheet
c)Fixed Assests and Controls
d)Inventry Control
e)Processing & reconciling inter and intra Comp Alcs
f)Project Analysis

 2.Champion all Sox related procedures & control application to the finance dept and ensure all controls are performed at the Regular frequency.

3. Management of Tax affairs, payments & submissions & develop tax strategies with external tax advisor.

4. Manage relation with internal and external auditor as well as tax auditors.

5. Support in the execution and monitoring of budgeted financial target.
