PPIC Staff
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor received orders and delivery lead time to customers
• Controlling and follow up min max of inventories level (finished product and both local /imported raw materials) based on the forecast from sales or management, including issuing purchase request for the raw materials to meet production demand.
• Make sure on time delivery through good scheduling and planning for the stock availability
• Create and follow up production schedules when required due to material shortages, interruptions of urgent order, collaborating with warehouse, sales, and production.
• Preparing production schedule and distribute to other departments on every Thursdays for following week.
• Record production data, including volume produced, production working hour (kg per hour), consumption of raw materials.
• Preparing sticker/label and the barcode sticker based on the production schedule.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
• Required skill(s): Production Planning, Inventory Control Management.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Warehouse Team Leader
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the functions and working of the all warehouse and distribution operators.
• Managing the inventory, monitoring stock level and make sure zero stock different when month end stock taking.
• Supervise the receipt, storage, order filling, or loading of inventory.
• Ensure that all inventory items are properly identified and stored in correct place.
• Responsible to have the continuous improvement to keep in reducing freight charges, negotiate with third parties logistic.
• Make sure 5S is in place in warehouse & distribution department
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with company policy and written procedure.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma degree in any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations Warehouse/ Logistic is required.
• Experience in Warehouse And Inventory Management, logistic, Planning Mangement.
• English proficiency is preferably
• Strong exposure wih communication and managerial skill

Junior Research Fillings & Decors Manager
Cikarang (Jawa Barat), Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• For Fillings & Decors Products: Implement the development of new products and concepts, adaptation of existing formulas and creation on customer’s demand of tailor –made products for Puratos Indonesia (Industry Market).
• Provide technical support to customer for application of existing products and new products, in relation with all the R&D Team of Puratos Indonesia.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Technicians specific to the bakery products. Make internal and external presentations.
• Manage and complete proper documentation on raw materials, formulations, processing, QC tests, labeling on new or revised products.
• Development and Understanding of the Indonesia Market of the fillings & decors Products
• Report monthly a written project status report to R&D Manager Puratos Indonesia
• Attend and visit specified industry conventions and Institutes and when the opportunity arises present seminar to promote the knowledge of the Range fillings & decors.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having deep knowledge and specific experience with starch, hydro colloid, bake goods, Food engineering.
• Excellent English proficiency both oral and written
• Dynamic, proactive with excellent collaborative skills
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
