DP / PR's wanted - Customer Service Executive for Internet Cafe in Orchard

We are currently on the look out for a full-time internet cafe administrator for our Orchard centre:

Responsibilities:

Manage the services provided the internet cafe end-to-end. Services include customer service, administration of workstations, billing & periodic reporting. Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service. Be responsible for the shop's cash & stocks. You will also be responsible to upsell ad-hoc products & services and contribute in promoting business in the locality where placed. Execute transactions in accordance to procedures, policies and regulations as notified, from time to time. Daily maintenance of the shop's cleanliness & tidiness.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum GCE 'N' level or 10th Standard
- Have a strong passion about the internet & computers
- Customer service oriented and ability to upsell service to customers

- Good communication skills in English and fluent in either of these local languages - Malay, Mandarin or Tamil will be an advantage
- Must be a computer literate / internet savvy have good knowledge in the below applications:
-- Internet Explorer or Firefox or Mozilla
-- Messenger (Yahoo, GTalk, Skype or MSN)
-- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Only Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Residents and Dependent EP Pass holders residing in Singapore might apply
- Able to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays if required)

Preferable Experience:

- Basic troubleshooting experience of Computer Peripherals, Operating System & Software errors is definite advantage but not a must
- Handling Gaming systems / software would be plus

Work Location / Hours / Salary / Benefits
- Somerset (Opp. MRT)
- Rooster on 6 day week, with 1 day off

- Basic + Commissions

- Training Provided
