Our company is involved in e-commerce trading in women apparel and currently we are seeking a dynamic and career-minded person to join our team.

Social Media Executive

Responsibilities :
- Manage, maintain and enhance the Company's Websites, all social media channels, apps and blogs.
- Assist in conceptualizing and planning for short and long-term online branding and marketing strategy as well as promotion campaign.
- Design, edit and maintain electronic and printed marketing collateral, including product catalogue, desktop publishing, e-newsletters, brochures, email, advertisements, etc.
- To be fully responsible for the content, infrastructure, layout, visual appearance, functionality, application and visibility of the Company website and landing pages, ensuring that website continuity is maintained.
- Assist in developing customer retention programs, marketing campaigns and programs to trengthen customer loyalty.
- Identify and source the potential customer / supplier from possible internet portal and other sources.
- Online marketing including building incoming links from social media sites of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other Malaysia as well as International sites (include uploading photos, videos, articles submission, online leaflets / brochures and other online marketing promotions)

Requirements :

Personal / Professional Skills
- Strong verbal and written English skills. Multiple language skills are preferable.
- Good time management skills - responsive, flexible and be able to manage multiple tasks / projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
- Works independently and remotely to majoruty of other teams.
- Strong organizational skills, planning skills and the ability to multitask.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and teamwork.
- Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience / Education
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT / Business / Marketing /Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing.
- Well-versed in HTML and FBML concept and methodologiest and able to extent / adapt to dynamic environment (PHP with SQL) and dynamic interface using javascript.
- Understand Web commerce (e.g. shopping cart system, merchant's account etc.) and electronic design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver etc.) would be an advantage.
- Preferably those with 3 years experience in Web development, AV editing, graphics, multimedia, animation, film production or related area.
- Possess at least 3 years online sales and marketing and social media marketing experience.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical business groups across the Company.
- Possess strong sense of design, layout, information architecture and navigation of Websites and online marketing.
- Experience in SEO, SEM and UEO would be an advantage.
