The Company established in 1890 under the name of "Parc Vaccinogene" and renamed with current name in 1997. The Company currently operated as the one vaccine and antisera producer in Indonesia. Bio Farma operated in two locations, Jl Pasteur Bandung and Cisarua Lembang Bandung. Jl Pasteur for Production, R&D, Marketing and Administration. Cisarua for laboratory pet breeding and maintenance. The Company has been certified for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) from National Agency for Drug and Food Control (NADFC), Quality Management System ISO 9001 : 2008, ISO 14001 : 2004, and OHSAS 18001 : 2007.
