For position:

• Max. 27 years old as per January 2012
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical, metallurgy, material, chemical),/Information Technology/Finance/Management/Accounting/Psychology/Marketing
• Has leadership experience in organization

Internal Audit Staff

• Max. 28 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Accounting/Finance/Management/Industrial Engineering/Information System

Training Officer

• Max. 30 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Industrial Engineering

Strategic Planning Staff

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Business, Engineering or any related discipline
• Good knowledge of Balance Score Card and Strategic Planning Analysis Tools (PEST, 5 forces, Market Analysis, etc)

General requirements:

• Min. GPA 3.0
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Willing to travel
• Willing to be based in all Indonesian regions
