Branch Head
Bandung (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

Branch planning, developing & implementing include:
- Market & Industrial Analysis
- Creating Competitive Advantage
- Strategy & Tactic
- Budget Planning
Manage sales growth of each products
Manage account database & accounts projects
Creating, monitoring & evaluation branch program implementation
Maintaining existing account relationship
Prospecting for new business in branch’s area
Ensuring and controlling branch office operational & human resources
Periodic reporting of branch performance to regional office & headquarter

Requirements:

Male/Female, max. 32 years old
University degree from any discipline with GPA min. of 3.00
Preferred 2 – 3 years of working experiences
Excellent spoken & written communication (Bahasa & English)
Computer literate
Strong analytical thinking & passionate in Marketing
Have a wide network
Mature, active, target-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated
Have an excellent interpersonal relationship, as well as team working
Have a high integrity & honesty
Willing to travel & be placed in all MarkPlus’ Branches
