For position:

Max. 27 years old as per January 2012
Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical, metallurgy, material, chemical),/Information Technology/Finance/Management/Accounting/Psychology/Marketing
Has leadership experience in organization

Internal Audit Staff

Max. 28 years old
Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Accounting/Finance/Management/Industrial Engineering/Information System

Training Officer

Max. 30 years old
Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Industrial Engineering

Strategic Planning Staff

Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Business, Engineering or any related discipline
Good knowledge of Balance Score Card and Strategic Planning Analysis Tools (PEST, 5 forces, Market Analysis, etc)

General requirements:

Min. GPA 3.0
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Willing to travel
Willing to be based in all Indonesian regions
