IT AUDIT MANAGER - based in Singapore

Job Description
Plan and conduct IT audits for diverse operations in the region; and provide timely reporting to the management
Perform audits of IT framework and controls to ensure that the security policies, standards, & procedures are adequate and effective
Provide IT audit advisory services to the management, MIS departments, and business units
Assist the Head of Group Internal Audit on all aspects of audits, corporate governance and reporting to the Audit Committee and CEO
Provide IT audit support, develop computer audit tools and techniques

Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA)
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT audits and IT-related functions (preferably in manufacturing industry)
Good working knowledge of internal controls, risk management and governance, computer audit tools and techniques
Able to work in a multi-cultural environment
An effective leader with good interpersonal skill
Effectively bilingual in English & Chinese
Analytical and able to work with a high degree of independence and initiative
