Management Trainee (MT)

Responsibilities:

To present his learning progress to the management team

To learn theoretical & best practices of production activities & strategy

Supervise and manage production

Analyze daily production data

Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvement plan

Qualifications:

Male

University degree in Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering

Good leadership and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment

Good command of spoken and written English

Self motivated & able to perform under pressure
