Our Client, an international certification company is currently
looking for:

Position: Business Development Manager

Primary Function:
• Develops Business and manage the Department commercially as well as
technically.
• Leads the Marketing and Sales functions of Company Business Line.
• Develops a Marketing and Sales strategy to increase market share and
profitability, including but not limited to proposing, developing and
implementing marketing plans, market trend analyses, pricing policies,
establishing networks.
• Knows in-depth the Clients in Indonesia, their needs, expectations
and levels of satisfaction and increase sales per client.
• Organizes and controls implementation of marketing and sales tactics.
• Prepares proposals and conduct technical and commercial sales
negotiations.
• Develops agents and sales networks.
• Develops annual budgets.
• Handles major sales and negotiation; appoints agents and
distributors and works with them.
• Achieves and maintains the required quality of services performance
via set objectives for the business unit.
• Leads and controls the performance of the department activities,
including any planning and review, and the management of the
department staff.

Knowledge:
• Conformity Assessments, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Risk
Based Inspection, Asset Integrity Management.
• Design review services for upstream, mid stream and downstream
facilities.
• Oil & Gas commercial network.
• General Financial knowledge.

Position: Business Line Manager

Primary Function:
Develop CER Business and manage CER Department commercially as well as
technically. Conducting market trends analysis, developing and
implementing sales and marketing strategies and action plans in
establishing strong market presence in system certification and
training related fields as well as achieving and maintaining the
required quality of services performance via set objectives for the
business unit. Lead and control the performance of department
activities, including any planning and review, and the management of
the department staff.

Knowledge:
• Conformity Assessments, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Risk
Based Inspection, Asset Integrity Management.
• Design review services for upstream, mid stream and downstream
facilities.
• Oil & Gas commercial network.
• General Financial knowledge.
