• Oversees and support to General Ledger Operations Section

• Plan, coordination, consolidation and analysis of annual budget on GAE and capital expenditure

• Monitor capital expenditure budget utilization and evaluate the requisition of capital expenditure for recommendation to management

• Review & evaluate renovation and IT projects from financial perspective

• Oversee monthly closing of financial accounts to ensure timeliness and accuracy of account consolidation and preparation of trial balance

• Planning and management of staff as well as development of staff for future advancement.

Job Requirements:

• A Degree or Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.

• 5 years of working experience preferably with an Audit background.

• Understanding of the insurance industry is an added advantage but not compulsory

• Project costing experience will be an advantage

• Skilful in problem solving, with an analytical mind and team spirit
