CRM Technical Consultants
(Petaling Jaya or Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

* The Consultant is primarily responsible to assist Technical Lead
and/or Infrastructure Lead in preparing Technical and/or
Infrastructure- related deliverables including Technical & Infrastructure
Assessment & Gaps, Technical Design Document, Technical Development &
Testing, System Integration Test, Performance Test, Technical Training,
System/Data Migration Plan & Deployment Plan.

Requirements:

* Ensuring all assigned technical-related project deliverables and
milestones are met on schedule and on budget with a high level of
quality and customer satisfaction.
* Able to deliver programs / codes based on Technical Design Document
and work with the project team leads and members to implement the
solution.
* Able to resolve technical-related issues and challenges with
quality and creative workarounds and/or responses, demonstrating good
analytical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
* Able to conduct technical assessment and walkthroughs, plan and
support system integration testing and/or performance testing, conduct
technical training and provide application support after system go-live.
* For Consultant/Senior Consultant, preferably with at least three
(3) to four (4) years working experience in designing and developing CRM
or eBusiness application.
* Fresh Graduates with the following skills will be considered, at
least two (2) of the following areas:

* Object oriented development using industry standard languages
(Visual C#, VB.NET , Java and/or C++).
* Web based development (HTML, DHTML, ASP, ASP.NET, Java Script, and
VB Script).
* XML technologies (XSLT, XPath and/or Web Services).
* COM based programming (Visual Basic, Visual C++, or Visual C#
preferred).
* Relational database object design and development (Microsoft SQL
Server preferred).
