Our client, one of the biggest national conglomerations in Indonesia, is currently seeking to engage a high-caliber, one-of-only- a-few professional like you to be its:

CEO - SHIPPING DIVISION (CEO-S)


Requirements:

· S-1 in any discipline from reputable universities; MBA is a further advantage

· Male, age minimum 40 & maximum 52 years old

· Minimum 15 years of experience, with the following breakdown:

· at least the last 5 years in the level of GM / Director AND

· at least 8 years handling more than one role in a shipping company.

· Excellent analytical skills

· Outstanding skills on communication and cross-department functions

· Strong leadership, result oriented and hard working

· Proficiency in English as well as Computer (related programs) is definite

Others:

· Compensation & Benefit package (quasi Director level) will commensurate with competencies and experience
