PT Petrokimia Gresik - PG is one of the largest fertilizer producer in Indonesia. The Company operated as a subsidiary company of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) and produced various kinds of of fertilizers and non fertilizer products. The Company based in Gresik and as of year-end 2011, the Company operated 178 Petroganik plants spread throughout Indonesia with each capacity of 10,000 tons per year. As of December 2011, Petrokima Gresik supported by 3,416 employees. In May 2010, the Company started the NPK PHONSKA IV project with a value amounted to Rp110.51 billion with total installed capacity 600,000 tons per year. The number production of fertilizer and non-fertilizer in 2011 recorded 5,586,770 tons or increased 3.26% compared to 2010 that was 5,410,569 tons.

• Graduated from reputable universities (min Accredited A) majoring in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agribusiness, Agronomy, Seed Technology, Soil Science
• GPA min 3.00
• Fluent in English, TOEFL score min 450 (evidenced by a certificate)
• Physical and Spiritual Health;
• Not color blind
• Not tied to service in other agencies
