For No 1 to 5:
Experience: Requires a minimum of 2-5 year(s) of experience at the
same position in 4/5 star hotel

Minimum Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management from a
recognized Institute/University is preferable.

Qualities and Traits:
Pleasant and very good interpersonal skills, energetic, ability to
handle all kinds of guests and convert them as loyal customers.

Technical Requirements:

- Experience selling to a variety of market segments.
- Enjoy asking for business and closing sales.
- Consistently make cold calls.
- Consistently book repeat business.

- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

- Familiar with Opera Fidelio system

RESERVATION MANAGER
RESERVATION SUPERVISOR
RESERVATION AGENTS (4 Persons)

Job Purpose:
To organise the reservations system and take responsibility for the
quality of the service it provides, whilst maximising occupancy rates
and average revenue per room.

Key Responsibilities
• To ensure that all telephone, fax and Internet enquiries received
from customers are handled to a high quality standard
• To ensure that customers are offered high quality services and a
high quality service
• To ensure the continuation of the resources supplied for his or her use
• To ensure that the brand standards are applied
• Entry Requirements Skills
• Using the Windows and Tars on-line environment
• Self-control, Thoroughness, Organisation, Readiness to take the initiative

Qualifications:
• 2 to 5 years' experience in a hotel environment
• Good general level of education
• Fluency in a second language is an advantage
• Significant experience of Opera Fidelio and other reservations systems

E-COMMERCE / E-DISTRIBUTION EXECUTIVE (no 6)

In the position of E-Commerce / E-Distribution Executive; reporting
directly to the Director of Sales & Distribution and you are
responsible for all marketing, content management and revenue
management. Seeking for online marketing opportunities and managing
the SEO of the hotel's website and web traffic. Tasks and
responsibilities are:

• Identification and evaluation of new marketing opportunities to
achieve an increase in direct internet traffic and online production;
• Develop and increase internet traffic through direct and semi-direct
online channels, to achieve an increason of overall revenue for all
hotels;
• Control property reviews on online portals;
• Develop the e-newsletter according to the company policy;
• Discover direct online booking patterns by analyzing demographics
and geographic factors, used search words / key words, utilized search
engines and the tracking production through online channels;
• Create and update web content (photography and descriptions) for all
hotel properties;
• Supervision of all web content (photography and descriptions) of all
online channels on accuracy and according to brand complaints ;
• Foresee all hotels of management information like occupancy
percentages, room rates, REVPAR and competition rates in comparison
with previous years;
• Determine strategy regarding revenue management, revenue, yield and
pricing in the different marketing, to optimalize the room occupancy
and revenue.

Qualifications:
• Has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, preferably in
hospitality management;
• Has excellent communication skills in the English language, verbal
as well as written; Fluency in a second language is an advantage
• Is creative and has a strategic mind set;
• Has a pro active approach and a strong drive for results;
• Shows flexibility, has a high level of integrity;
• Shows professionalism to both colleagues and clients.
