HHRMA Hotel Career Info. We are looking for a dynamic Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie ready to take a new challenge. With Qualification :
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurants or reputable catering establishments
- Passionate and up to date with food trends
- Experience in Japanese cuisine an advantage
- Creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene
- Preparing and managing small buffet banquets for 20 to 120 guests
- Good people management practices with good communication skills
